These concerts are still very special for me, because I haven’t been to so many concerts in a row before. And it was the second time I’ve been to London for Cliff’s concerts.

You may say now “hey it’s not really ‘in a row’”, yes you’re right: first I planned to see four of these concerts (12 - 16 May), then on 15 May I met Martina, another fan from Germany. From that day on we talked a lot and we had so much fun.  

The next day (16 May) we met again and after this last concert she said to me that she wanted to stay two or three nights more until saturday or sunday (although she had no tickets). Ok I was a bit jealous, but I had to fly home. When I was at home for a few days I always thought: “What am I doing here? I have to be at his concerts !!!!!” Imagine, looking at the clock in the evening and thinking: “Oh no, another brilliant concert starts right now. And I’m sooo far away!!!!” 

On sunday evening Martina called me and asked me if I want to be at his concerts on 25 May and 26 May. (What a question!!!) She told me about a bus tour to London, which she could book and so I planned my next London trip within two days !!!!

I mean: I didn’t have to think about what to do !!!!!! I asked for holiday, went to the bank for pound sterling and bought my train ticket to Martina. And at the end I could say that it was my most exciting trip ever !

Maybe I’ll change my opinion about that when I’m back home from La Manga !!!
